No. Collabscafe is a sourcing and transaction layer, not a full agency management platform. Your existing client CRM, reporting tools, and creative workflow stay in place. Collabscafe plugs in specifically for the parts most agencies handle in spreadsheets: creator discovery, audience verification, brief coordination, and payment. Everything else stays in your existing stack.

Payments go through Collabscafe's escrow. When you place an order on behalf of a client, the payment is held by Collabscafe until the delivered content is approved. Once approved, funds are released to the creator. Your agency's client billing (invoicing the client, marking up fees, tracking margins) happens in your normal client billing tool. Collabscafe just handles the creator side of the transaction cleanly.
