Your payment is held in escrow until you approve the delivered content. Once the influencer submits their work, you have 48 hours to review it, request revisions, or open a dispute with Collabscafe. You are never charged until you are satisfied with the deliverables.

Yes. Multi-creator campaigns work by placing separate orders with each creator, either through their standard packages or via Custom Offers negotiated per creator. Each order runs inside My Collabs, so you can track briefs, deliverables, and approvals across the full campaign from one workspace. There's no separate campaign management tool needed.

By default, the brand receives usage rights for the delivered content on the platform(s) specified in the order or Custom Offer. For extended usage rights (paid ads, whitelisting, cross-platform, longer time windows), specify the terms in a Custom Offer with the creator. The creator retains ownership of the content unless otherwise agreed.
