I typically deliver content within 3-5 business days after receiving all requirements and materials. Urgent requests are also entertained depending on the scope of work.

We cannot guarantee specific view counts or follower growth, as these depend on many factors like the social media algorithm and audience interest. We guarantee high-quality content that is professionally crafted to engage viewers and achieve your messaging goals.

Raw footage is not typically included in our standard packages, as the value we provide is in the finished, edited story. However, we can discuss providing it for an additional fee if needed.

We mainly use iPhones to film our videos. If a project has a bigger budget, we can also use high-end professional cameras. We always choose the best tool to make your video look great.

Our standard payment schedule is simple: 50% is due to start the project, and the final 50% is due upon your approval of the completed video, before we deliver the final files.
